About Gratsias Law

Rita is the founding partner of Gratsias Law. Rita holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology from the University of Toronto (2000). After her undergraduate studies, Rita completed her law degree at the Victoria University of Manchester, School of Law (2002) and completed her accreditation at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law (2003). Since her call to the Ontario Bar (2004), Rita practices in personal injury law matters, including traumatic brain injuries, motor vehicle accidents, accident benefits, slip/trip and falls, occupier’s liability, product liability, long-term disability, bicycle accidents, animal attacks, sports injuries, medical malpractice and dental malpractice. Rita has conducted trials, arbitrations and mediations throughout the course of her practice. She has appeared before various Courts and Tribunals across Ontario, including the Divisional Court, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Financial Services Commission of Ontario, Licence Appeal Tribunal, Human Rights Tribunal, Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board and the Social Benefits Tribunal, representing clients with respect to various matters.

Rita is focused on assisting people in need. She is an active member in the Greek community and is fluent in the Greek language. In her spare time Rita enjoys spending time with her family and likes to travel. Rita is an avid supporter of the fine arts and is an active member in the Greek community. Rita is a strong communicator, a respected mentor and career coach for young lawyers and students with an interest in pursuing a career in law.
